WHAT MAKES STAND TALL DIFFERENT?Many training programs leave out the ‘being’ portion of confidence and hope that you figure it out in the process. They focus on the ‘doing’ of public speaking and presenting. Their six-step process is only half the picture. I’m interested in what you believe about yourself as a leader? What do you believe about your audience? How does your message make a difference to them? What is the meaning behind what you are saying? If we can uncover these things as well as what your head is telling you in the heat of the moment, we can achieve great results. My goal is always to get ‘you’ to be ‘you’ at the front of the room. When you can do that the technical part of speaking becomes natural.

I take my work seriously, but I don’t take myself seriously. My teachings are governed by my definition of confidence. I believe there are two parts to being confident. The ‘being’ and the ‘doing’. I am grounded in the concept of ‘Authentic Expression’ being the meaning of total confidence. This covers both the ‘being’ as being authentic and the ‘doing’ as the expression of confidence.
