Coaching is a chance for you to take a look at where you are now and where you want to be. Looking into the future you are able to design a meaningful life with all that's important to you.  You'll learn more about yourself and the power that lies within. Sample Coaching Package
​3 sessions

 Dip your toes in the water and decide if coaching is right for you. Maybe you're curious if it's all it's cracked up to be. Maybe you only need a little bit of coaching at a time.  You get to decide. 

Partner Coaching Package
​12 sessions

You are ready for a change.  You know what you want. You've been banging your head against a wall and just can't figure a way out of your current situation. You know coaching is the way to go because you're tired of going it alone. You want to create lasting change and could use a trained partner in crime.

Committed Coaching Package
One year

You're content with life, but that's not good enough. You want to be fulfilled. You want a deeper sense of contribution in your life. You've already come so far and done so much. You'd like to let go of some of the things that weigh you down. You're not exactly sure what's next and want to figure it out. You know it'll take some time.
