This program is designed for growth and development. It is engaging and experiential because learning to lead at the front of the room requires awareness, understanding, and experimentation. You will learn powerful techniques, apply relevant methods, and achieve real development. Great focus is put on confidence boosting strategies. Each individual will be asked to participate in the delivery of a presentation at each session. Every session will include a learning segment as well as group coaching and feedback. The learnings from this seven-session program will be immediately applicable to each person’s work.
