My Methodolgy

The STAND TALL methodology is three parts. Great emphasis is put on building confidence because fear is what holds us back from the front of the room. Creating the story comes next and is simplified with frameworks which can be used again and again. Finally, delivery is required to pull it all together and authenticity is the key to success.

Sara Cross is the founder of STAND TALL, a company that helps build confidence. She works with leaders at all levels within an organization to connect with their purpose for communicating so they can overcome fear, find clarity and share meaning. 

She is an international speaker, narrative coach, and developer of the "Fearless Speaker" program. She is the author of The Confidence to Speak, a book about the many fears of speaking and Captivate Your Audience, a guide for creating presentations your audience wants to hear. 

MY PROCESS
