Company Case Study

SPS Commerce is an EDI company that held an annual meeting to share strategic initiatives for the following year with the entire company. STAND TALL worked with SPS annually for 3 years. STAND TALL was brought in 6 weeks prior to their event to equip their leaders to speak with confidence and connect with their audience. The end result? The audience was engaged all day and the presenters delivered presentations with confidence. Many of them enjoyed their time on stage!

Our Conference Preparation Training Sessions

Before training begins, I'll send a welcome video that will go over an overview of how we'll work together and what to expect in our first working session. 

Session 1

Establish what the purpose of the presentation is and narrow down the critical point for their presentation

Session 2

Create the content for the presentation using my 7Cs framework. This framework will help participants stay focused, uncover any stuck points, and provid an opportunity to start practicing now. 

Session 3

Put what they're learning into practice. This session provides a safe space to deliver their presentation with coaching and feedback. As we get closer to presentation day, the inner critic starts to get louder. This session will equip participants with confidence building opportunities and tools to overcome obstacles before the event. 

Session 4

Practice is one of the keys to confidence. This session includes a table read for the conference. We'll go through the flow of the day and do a final check of the day's messages with leaders. 

Session 5

This session is dedicated to rehearsal day. Participants will run through the entire day's activities and presentations - working out any issues before conference day. 

Session 6

STAND TALL will be on hand for event or conference day reminding presenters that the goal is to enjoy their time and connect with their audience.
