With confidence the impossible becomes possible. You possess the courage to face challenges, changes and commitments. You're prepared to handle the inevitable situations and surprises that arise with calm assurance. You influence with respect and humility as a true leader. You triumph over fear. You make decisions. Life is more enjoyable, and balance is achievable.
Without confidence your thoughts turn inward. You feel powerless which shows up as resentment, sadness, anger, anxiety, and frustration. These toxic emotions can manifest in your body causing stomach pains, back pain, headaches, and many other physical symptoms. Often you stop learning from those around you. You find it hard to cope with surprises. You begin to avoid challenges, change and commitments. Your relationships grow distant due to your negativity. Your frustration grows, and you become ineffective at things you once found easy. You wonder if you've lost your edge or look to others to find fault. The dissatisfaction with your situation in life affects every aspect of your existence. Whether you lost confidence you once had or seek to find confidence you've never had it's important to understand 'Confidence is not a Coincidence'. It is earned. It is not something reserved for the lucky or the fortunate. Anyone can gain confidence. It's absolutely necessary to be intentional in your pursuit of building confidence. |
